We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 48 hours of payment. You can expect delivery between 3-4 business days to all major cities and 4-6 business days for outlying areas from the time your order has been confirmed.
Processing:
Once your order has been placed, product availability has been confirmed and your payment has been verified, we will work timeously to get your order to you. Processing time may vary depending on the product selected, size and quantity. We will keep you informed throughout the process and will notify you promptly in case of any delays.

We have partnered with "The Courier Guy" for delivery of our products. They are a trusted and reliable courier company that ensures the safe and timely delivery of your BB products.
Delivery Fees:
Our delivery fees are based on the product weight. Heavier items have a higher delivery fee based on The Courier Guy policies. We take a lot of care when packaging your products to ensure they arrive to you safely.
Delivery Address:
Please ensure that the delivery address is accurate and complete including the unit/apartment number, street name, city, postal code, and any relevant instructions for the delivery personnel. BB will not be responsible for any delays or issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
Damaged or Lost Deliveries:
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they reach you in pristine condition. In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged or if there are any issues with the delivery, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work closely with you to resolve the matter and initiate any necessary claims or replacements.
