Refund policy
Although we do not accept any exchanges or refunds of our products, customer satisfaction is our number one priority.
Return Shipping Costs:
If the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return delivery costs and provide the applicable waybill. In all other cases, the customer will be responsible for the return delivery costs.
Molten Glass Products:
Due to the nature of these products, small bubbles in the glass are normal and expected. Please also note that each product is entirely unique and may differ from the picture seen.
Vase Products:
With regards to the vase collection, we have highlighted any imperfections from paint/glue in the product descriptions and images.
Upon delivery, if your product arrives damaged or broken, please include a photo of the item in it original packaging as part of your email to our customer support team.
Customer Support:
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team at info@bringback.co.za. We will work together to resolve the issue and offer an appropriate solution, whether it be a replacement of the same item or or refund. Please note that damages resulting from mishandling or misuse of the product is not covered under our policy. Refunds will only apply if the product is not able to be replaced. To initiate a refund, proof of purchase is required.
